Valvai welfare association Australia (Valvai Nalanpuri Sangam Australia) has helped over twenty families who are severely affected by the past ethnic conflict in the North & East of Sri Lanka.
The Association has raised over $10 000 to help those who have unable to complete their daily tasks due to the injuries afflicted upon them during the war. It is said that the money raised is used to help them to continue with their normal life.
